Matthew C. McFarland, CPA
Managing Partner
Matthew C. McFarland has served as OSG’s Managing Partner since the company’s inception. He provides diverse experiences, including corporate planning, taxation, financial management and strategic operations. Mr. McFarland has spent his career in both private industry and public accounting. In the public accounting arena, he specialized in taxation M&A and complex litigation support. Mr. McFarland is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA degree. He is also an alumnus of Arthur Andersen Company. Under Mr. McFarland’s leadership, OSG continues to bring value and integrity to our customers, all the while striving to maintain and enhance the company’s position as the industry leader in outsourced tax solutions.
Todd A. Jordan
Senior Tax Manager / Partner
Todd A. Jordan is OSG’s Consulting Manager. Mr. Jordan has 25 years tax experience and is a licensed Senior Tax Consultant. He began his property tax career with the Dallas Central Appraisal District, where he was responsible for valuing and assessing business personal property. Mr. Jordan represented the district in settling valuation disputes at the administrative level as well as at hearings before the Appraisal Review Board. Subsequently, Mr. Jordan served as a tax consultant for a national property tax consulting company.
Geoffrey R. Brass
Business Development Manager
Geoff Brass is OSG’s Business Development Manager of Property Tax Business Services. Prior to joining the company, he was involved in the sales and marketing of property tax and valuation services for several national consulting firms developing both broad based and niche-market practices. He has over thirty years of experience in the industry.
Suresh Vashisth
Chief Technology Officer
Suresh Vashisth is OSG’s Chief Technology Officer and brings with him over 25 years of experience in various system technologies, including PCs and client servers, with a focus on systems selection, design and implementation. Mr. Vashisth has served as a Senior Associate for Pricewaterhouse Coopers and as a Senior Consultant for Catalyst Software (Vectrix). In addition, he taught at Leeward Community College (University of Hawaii). Mr. Vashisth is an Epicor Financial Suite and Back Office Suite certified professional and a certified trainer for Dentrix. He is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Armed with Mr. Vashisth’s expertise, OSG continues to explore how technology can help and enhance the quality and value of services to our customers
BreAnn O’Neall
Property Tax Manager
BreAnn O’Neall has served as OSG’s Tax Manager since the company was established in 2000. She brings twenty plus years of comprehensive tax knowledge and practical expertise to OSG. Her leadership and skillset specific to the property and sales tax industry have been vital to the continued success and growth of OSG. Ms. O’Neall has made significant contributions towards the development and implementation of strategic processes and techniques resulting in the efficient management of the portfolios of our clients. Ms. O’Neall’s work ethic and integrity exemplify the OSG mission and commitment to excellence in the industry.
Jamie Murphy
Controller
Jamie Murphy is OSG’s Controller and brings more than twenty years of accounting and business administration experience in both private industry and non-profit organizations. Ms. Murphy has an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and manages the daily business operations at OSG, including all financial, insurance, human resource, policy and compliance issues. She has effectively developed and implemented processes and methodologies to enhance corporate productivity, efficiency and client satisfaction. Ms. Murphy continues to collaborate with the management team to create and maintain a progressive corporate culture, upholding OSG’s commitment to integrity and excellence.
